At Shafer Motor Company, we know what you demand: the best quality and great service. Wayne Shafer has been in the automobile industry for over 35 years.

Wayne moved his way up managing Parts & Service departments for Nissan-Mazda-Chrysler-Plymoth & Hyundai. All of these dealerships were owned by the same person.

In 1983 Wayne moved to Spokane, Washington and started selling cars. He worked his way up to General Manger over a Chryler-Dodge-Jeep Dealership in eastern Washington and then over a Chevrolet-Buick-Nissan store.

In 2001 Wayne started his own User Car dealership in Richland, WA, and in 2005 purchased the current location in Kennewick, WA. In 2007 a New Service and Parts facility was added at the Kennewick location.

With our New Service Facility in Kennewick, we are driven to provide unmatched service to our Used Car Customers. Our goal is to provide you with the best experience possible. You'll feel comfortable knowing that we are famous for giving all of our customers that little something extra that keeps them coming back.
